Scan 2 BIM
Scan to BIM process captures high-resolution 3D simulations of existing built and natural environments and converts them into workable models. Laser Scanning technology can be used to automate the conventional and tedious task of existing site documentation. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is highly competitive and has been growing in popularity over the last decade. Many sectors and market segments have started to realize the benefits of having BIM as an asset, especially if there is a large portfolio of buildings to manage.
Scan 2 Architecture and Structural Modeling
We provide architects and construction professionals with accurate BIM services, including construction documents and 3D models. By partnering with Architects, General Contractors, Builders, and Engineers, we ensure that our customers will get the most out of our experience and insight. BIM, which stands for Building Information Modeling, is a valuable tool during the bidding phase since it gives contractors a better understanding of the model, including renderings, walkthroughs, and sequencing.
We provide structural designs, analyses, and calculations as part of our Structural BIM Modeling services. We offer BIM structural services, which cover all sorts of loads, analysis, steel design, and connections, as well as engineering design and modeling. For the teams working on the project structure, we supply precise shop drawings of steel columns, steel beams, and reinforcement details in reinforced concrete members.
Scan 2 MEPF
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems have become increasingly concerned about as-built building information modeling (BIM) to improve facility management. MEP components are classified into regular-shaped and irregular-shaped components based on geometry complexity. A fully automated method is used to convert terrestrial laser scanning data into well-connected as-built BIMs. In the end, Dynamo generates the parametric BIM model automatically from the geometry information and connection relationships.
